REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Online registration closes May 5, 2019.
Nevertheless, registration and payment can be made on site at the reception which will be open during the three days of the Congress from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

(*) A valid contribution is required to benefit from the tariff (see AIFREF website for the payment of premiums: ww.aifref.org).
(**) The official proof of student status must be sent to the secretariat by e-mail attachment in PDF format.
Registration and payment are made using an online form:
- Registration form (payment by bank transfer)
- Registration form (online payment)
Please check the date of your payment and comply with the amount indicated in the table.
Registration fees include :
- admission to all sessions ;
- the program ;
- the abstract book ;
- participation in the official reception ;
- coffee breaks.
Registration fees do not include insurance for accident, health, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss.
Group registrations cannot be done under the same email address. Each participant must complete his profile with his own e-mail address.

Confirmation of registration
After sending the online registration form and making the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment. If, within fifteen days, you have not received confirmation, please send an e-mail to : email@example.com
The invoice will be provided on request by mail : firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation / Modificationn / Refund of registration
- Until February 28, 2019 : 50 euros of administrative fees will be deducted from any refund.
- From March 1st to April 15th, 2019 : 50% of the fees will be refunded.
- From 16 April 2019 : no refund will be made under any conditions.
All cancellations must be notified in writing (email@example.com) according to the following conditions :
- for a change of contributor, an amount of 30 euros will be charged ;
- any post-conference issues (e.g. refund requests) can be made until June 10, 2019. Subsequent applications will not be considered.
